Chair Yoga in PuppingFrom September 17, 2026, Mag. Sabine Stallinger will offer gentle chair yoga every Thursday from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM in our community hall. The exercises promote mobility, strength, balance, and relaxation – ideal for seniors and anyone who enjoys gentle movement.All interested parties are warmly welcome!
