Wherever human interaction is involved - from couple relationships to family, club life, neighborhood, organizations, meetings and professional contacts - all participants benefit from deceleration, the ability for authentic relationships and respectful, truthful contact. The process-oriented dialogue offers a space for experience and development for communicative, social and mental mindfulness. Dialogue is not a new communication technique but goes far beyond it: Its core competencies, the dialogical mindfulnesses, are actually the basis of human coexistence. Seminar contents Roots of dialogue, dialogue model, comparison of dialogue and discussion Learning and practicing core dialogical skills Models and self-experience on assumptions, evaluations and interpretations Dialogue circles: A place for quiet voices as well as for daring thoughts, for "speaking without wanting to appear" (M.
