What's it about?

Breathing to the element of air In this breathing experience, we have the opportunity to fully immerse ourselves in the lightness of being. In this breath session, we dedicate ourselves to the element of AIR. Air is movement. Expanse. Transparency. It connects heaven and earth. It is invisible – yet always there. → Just like our breath. Air stands for freedom and mental clarity, for inspiration and new perspectives. In connected breath, we are allowed to expand – on a physical, mental, and spiritual level, united in present being. The lightness in breath holds the possibility to step out of perhaps ingrained or too rigid everyday structures for a moment. Like from a bird's-eye view, we can observe our lives and, through the distance experienced in breath trance, possibly gain new clarity. What can become lighter? What can be released? What needs more room to breathe? The connected breath to the element of AIR invites us to let thoughts pass like clouds in the sky, to transform constriction into expanse, and heaviness into movement. With enriched consciousness and inner clarity, we re-enter everyday life. Breath is the source of life. We don't just breathe in oxygen – we breathe in life.
