The Brazilian violin virtuoso Guido Sant’Anna gained international attention in 2022 when he won the Fritz Kreisler Competition in Vienna at the age of only 17. Now, the exceptional artist is finally performing in Linz: for his debut at the Brucknerhaus, he has prepared a program that combines romantic works by Robert Schumann and César Franck with Maurice Ravel's passionate Rhapsody Tzigane and the expressive sonata for violin and piano by Polish composer Karol Szymanowski. He is accompanied on piano by Giorgi Gigashvili, one of the most exciting young pianists of our time.
