What's it about?

Information and experience exchange for caregiving and supporting relatives in Healthy Communities. Caregiving relatives undertake a high psychological and physical burden to enable family members in need of care to live at home. Support in this difficult situation is offered by the regulars' table for caregiving relatives. Participation is free, led by Johanna Diebetsberger, a certified health and nursing professional in Case and Care Management.
