What's it about?
Code in Linz: risk it live is a community gathering centered around art forms in the field of live coding. Our goal with this project is to promote and invigorate the live coding scene in Linz, thereby contributing to the city's commitment to new forms of expression at the intersection of society, art, and technology. In this edition, we aim to provide a space for artists from the emerging live coding scene in Linz to share their work, a space for the audience to enjoy it, and a space where hopefully new people will find interest in this algorithmic art form. To achieve this, we propose a weekend program with a dual format: During the first day and a half, the invited artists will each give a workshop in their area of expertise; on the last afternoon, they will then perform together in a concert.
