Giving space to the image. The Schlossmuseum honors the late work and the unbroken artistic creation of the Austrian sculptor and installation artist Sepp Auer. His conceptual and minimalist works start from the image and unfold sculpturally in space into multi-layered installations. Provided with text and script, supports or barriers, they question viewing habits, break up perception patterns, comment on the present and, with Auer's characteristic poetic humor, go beyond the norm.
