Get to know your homeland! The Höllfall natural monument is incredibly diverse with all its facets. Where did the old Höllmühle stand and why did it disappear? Absolutely rare lichens on old wall remains tell of life back then. What is the story behind this old pilgrimage route directly past the Höllfall? Who still knows the legend of Heaven and Hell and did the gigantic boulders really come from the devil's hand? Why do paradisiacal kingfishers and rare dippers feel so at home on the banks of the Kamp? No wonder this Höllfall serves as a filming location for many wonderful cinema adventures.
