The path to the family table: Everything about eating and drinking in the first year of life. Isabella Schaubensteiner BSc, Dietitian In addition to calorie and nutrient intake, much more emphasis is placed on motor skills (handling spoon, sippy cup, etc.), sensory experiences (smell, taste, etc.), and social experiences (eating together, etc.). The family meal is primarily about the joy and pleasure of eating. In this workshop, you will learn: - When is your baby ready to eat? (Signs of readiness for complementary feeding) - Puree or finger food (baby-led weaning), or is both possible? - What exactly is baby-led weaning and how can you implement it? - Taste variety and development - Allergy prevention: When do cow's milk products, nuts, etc., make sense? - Which drinks and how much? - Gagging and choking: How can I prevent it and what help can I provide if necessary? - Tips for practical implementation (photos, videos, recipes, practical tools, etc.) I look forward to meeting you and your little ones and warmly welcome you to a cozy group.
