On this evening, you will learn how traditional healing systems and modern knowledge work together, which active substances are hidden in our environment, and how you can use them mindfully and responsibly. Learn to see nature with new eyes and consciously perceive its treasures. Even a slowed-down walk through forests, meadows, and fields already offers enormous healing potential for mind and soul.
