Energy Consultation
What's it about?
In recent years, an energy consultant's report has been a prerequisite for applying for federal funding for heating system replacement and individual component renovations (such as window and door replacements and shading). Those who wish to apply for funding quickly after the funding call opens in winter 2026/2027 should have the energy consultation carried out now. It is also worthwhile to have an early consultation: it helps identify and coordinate sensible renovation measures. Please make a mandatory appointment with KEM manager Christina Hirsch at 0664/547 48 86 or kem@thayaland.at at least one week before the appointment.
