What's it about?

AQUAGYMNASTICS with subsequent health application with wellness trainer Renate Dejmek, MSc, held every Tuesday from 3:30 PM at the RELAX indoor pool in Litschau! Dates: November 10, 17, and 24, 2026, and December 1 and 15, 2026. The water buoyancy trains endurance and flexibility gently. Afterwards, there is an opportunity to experience a health application (smell training, foot bath, and health tea). Normal admission, NO extra costs. Entry is available from 3:15 PM. Bring along: small foot bath, small and large towel. Registration at the indoor pool at 0677/64679782. Subject to change!
