What's it about?

The vintage diesel train departs at 09:45 from Heidenreichstein to Alt Nagelberg, where you will experience the legendary double departure with two trains and historic road vehicles. The steam train will take you to Litschau in parallel with the vintage cars. There will be an opportunity for lunch (excl.) and a visit to the vintage cars and the Waldviertelbahn Museum. Return journey by steam train to Alt Nagelberg with a subsequent visit to the Glasschaugarten. After a coffee and snack (incl.), the Wackelstein-Express will take you back to Heidenreichstein (arrival 15:40). Bus option: possibility of an earlier return journey from Litschau by public bus to Heidenreichstein, arrival at 13:04.
