Convertible Rides with the Wackelstein-Express

What's it about?

The Wackelstein-Express, a heritage train of the Waldviertler Schmalspurbahnverein (WSV), operates between Alt Nagelberg and Heidenreichstein. All trains are pulled by the historic 2091 series diesel locomotive from the 1930s. As a special experience, double departures with the Waldviertelbahn take place in Alt Nagelberg. Hop on and enjoy a ride through the pristine landscape on the open platform carriages. Our snack trolley and the convertible car (weather permitting) run on every train. TIP!
