GALERIE LINDENHOFNÖDOK on Tour | Bildstörung Opening: Saturday, September 12, 2026, at 7 PM Exhibition: September 12 to October 18, 2026 The participating artists specifically explore such and other exciting visual deformations, distortions, and illusions, and develop them further in their works, because in a random visual disturbance or a sensory illusion, what is usually invisible can be observed. From this perspective, the disturbance itself gains both substantive and aesthetic informational value. Digital resolution, realism, blurriness, and anomalies meet analog creation. Distorted faces, landscapes, nature, or imaginary fantastic architectures are created. They tell stories about visual perception, psychological states, feigned reality, and the fragmentation of optical relationships.
