Herbstbrote
What's it about?
We will bake breads together in autumnal varieties (nuts, pumpkin, etc.) with organic flours from the Waldviertel. All participants will weigh, knead, fold, and shape breads. We will taste our baked goods. Participants will receive recipe materials and can take baked goods home. Drinks and snacks will be provided. I look forward to your participation!
