What's it about?

We bake crispy breads with and without sourdough from gluten-free flours.All participants*): set up their sourdough for home and receive detailed information on its care and use*): make various doughs*): knead and shape breads*): receive recipe documents*): can take the self-baked breads home with them Attention: I point out that gluten-containing foods are used in the school kitchen and therefore traces of gluten may still be present even after cleaning. Drinks and snacks are provided. I look forward to your participation!
