Kulturtage Schloss Pöggstall: – Here is the overview of the program from April 12 to November 22, 2026! At the end of November, visitors could already get a small preview for 2026 at the Advent market in Schloss Pöggstall. Piano virtuoso Belush Korenyi played the most beautiful café house melodies in the traditional Kulturtage Café. Next October, there will be a reunion with the renowned pianist at the 'Autumn Leaves'. After a successful season, anticipation for the next year is high: starting April 12, 2026, artistic director Elisabeth Augustin will once again delight all culture enthusiasts with music, literature, games, singing, and culinary arts through nine new, enjoyable, and inspiring program items. 'Culture is not everything, but without culture, everything is nothing,' quotes Elisabeth Augustin the legendary comedian Karl Valentin. Five programs will take place in the beautiful Renaissance arcade courtyard of the castle. Star moments under the open sky are expected when Fidelitas Choir and Josephine Bloéb invite to the early summer concert, The Flying Schnörtzenbrekkers present classical music with virtuosity and humor, Steven’s Big Band Swing & Sing will perform their 40th-anniversary program 'From Pöggstall to New York', DaChor and Nicolaus Hagg will jointly organize the late summer concert 'Still standing'; Christina Foramitti/Peter Groisböck will enchant the arcade courtyard once more with their pre-Christmas melodies at the Sunday morning Advent market. In the idyllic St. Anna im Felde church, opera star Adrian Eröd will meet again with his guests Maja Triler and Philipp Schöllhorn in July, along with the proven United Europe Orchestra led by first violinist Elena Rozanova. This time, famous works by Slavic composers will be on the program. The atmospheric Gothic Hall will also be used twice: at the start of the Kulturtage year with Inge Maux, Michael Garschall, and Elisabeth Eschwé (castle talks) and in autumn with Norma Norvald, Gerald Altmann, Sona MacDonald, Belush Korenyi, and Fine Dining (Autumn Leaves). The successful Pöggstall Puppet Theater will continue in the festival hall with a new piece with music by Stefan Weissenbäck: 'Kasperl and the Witch from Peilstein' with Fanny Holzer, Stephan Paryla-Raky, and students from MS Pöggstall. To close the year, the Kulturtage team will serve coffee and pastry variations at the Advent market in the Rogendorfer Hall's tavern.
