Pelvic Floor Gymnastics
What's it about?
Our pelvic floor is stressed by pregnancy, childbirth, and also in everyday life. The training helps with incontinence, urinary urgency, a feeling of heaviness in the pelvis, back problems, and prolapse. Pelvic floor therapy includes training of the muscles, as well as perception exercises, relaxation, and education on how to perform daily activities in a way that is gentle on the pelvic floor. Date: Monday, January 11, 2027, at 6:30 PM. Instructor: Theresa Höchtl, physiotherapist. Registration required: 0664/8785829 (minimum 8 / maximum 15 participants).
