Where does the apple in the wine actually come from? Why does a wine feel creamy, juicy or edgy? And what does all this have to do with our limbic system? In this entertaining and interactive workshop, Nicole Lagler will take you into the fascinating world of wine sensory analysis. With playful exercises and various aids, you will train your olfactory and taste memory - easy to understand, practical and with many surprising aha moments. The training is ideal for beginners and anyone who wants to sharpen their perception and become more confident in tasting. Afterwards, we will taste selected wines together. You will not only get to know the wines better, but also receive concrete tips and tricks to shine at the next tasting.
