The falconers in historical costumes offer an authentic insight into falconry during the Renaissance, a time of absolute peak of European falconry. As part of the special demonstrations "Falknerei zu Pferd" (Falconry on Horseback), you have the opportunity to experience the unique interaction of birds of prey, horses and hunting dogs in the unique ambience of Rosenburg Castle.
