What's it about?

OPEN DAY OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF LANGENLOIS Building Yard: In addition to interesting insights into the diverse work of the municipal building yard, all visitors can expect a demonstration of various equipment that the employees use in their daily work, a bouncy castle for the youngest guests, food and drinks as well as coffee and pastries. There will also be a wine bar where you can chat comfortably. Waterworks: You will have the opportunity to visit the technically highly modern waterworks and gain various insights into the many challenges of our drinking water treatment. Our water masters will gladly share their enormous expertise with you and provide a comprehensive insight into the processes of regional water supply, from extraction and treatment to technical control and quality control. Parking is available next to the waterworks along Janusweg. Sewage Treatment Plant: In the municipal sewage treatment plant, the numerous and usually very complex processes for cleaning and treating our wastewater can be learned. Our employees will show you how the wastewater is treated step by step, from filtering and homogenization to detailed checking of water quality in the in-house laboratory. Parking is available along Krumpöck-Allee. Guided tours start at 9:00 AM, 10:30 AM, 2:00 PM and 3:30 PM. There will also be a raffle in which all visitors can participate.
