Die Schöne und das Biest - das Musical (3:00 PM)
What's it about?
Description: Unbelievably beautiful: In its musical highlight "Beauty and the Beast," Theater Liberi vividly tells the touching story of true love. Emotional original compositions and a lot of poetry, combined with wit and emotion, transport audiences into the world of this enchanting fairy tale – a live experience for the whole family! Theater Liberi, known for its imaginative musicals, presents the French folk tale in a contemporary and entertaining version. A well-trained ensemble captivates the audience with varied choreography to romantic ballads and catchy pop songs with hit potential. A fairy-tale-like setting is created on stage: the versatile set changes between Belle's home and the enchanted castle, sparkling with the stunning costumes. For centuries, people have been telling the story of Beauty and the Beast and the power of their love, which is so strong that it can even break a curse. A curse that transformed the prince into a terrifying beast. One day, a poor merchant gets lost in the castle garden and picks a rose there, for which the Beast demands a high price. From then on, the youngest daughter Belle must live in the enchanted castle. Belle's initial fear quickly turns into curiosity when she realizes that behind the tough exterior of the Beast lies a soft heart and that she can even laugh and dance with him. But Belle is torn, as she has many questions: What is the mysterious prince in the mirror about? And why are there enchanted beings in the castle? Belle embarks on a quest for answers...
