Geisterjagd am Lindenhof - Lustspiel in drei Akten von Lukas Bühler
What's it about?
Rosi manages the Lindenhof after the death of her uncle Georg, together with maid Annamirl and farmhand Gustl. Since Uncle Georg died childless, his will becomes very important in determining who inherits the estate... or which part of it goes to his only two nieces, as Helene, Rosi's sister, is also a potential heir. Helene suddenly appears at the Lindenhof with her husband Ottokar. As a city dweller, she does not like country life and has other plans for the farm. She would like to close down the farm operation and build a hotel complex — of course without Rosi knowing. A forged will is supposed to help Helene carry out her plan. Uncle Georg keeps making himself known through mystical signs, which especially troubles Helene. To deal with this, she prudently hires Mr. Besenschreck, who works as a ghost hunter. Fortunately, Annamirl learns about the secret dealings and, together with the other Lindenhof residents, devises a "spooky" plan to drive Helene off the estate.
