"The Most Beautiful Schlager of All Time" Lissi & Herr Timpe say in their new program "Yes" - not only to the greatest hits from over 100 years of German Schlager history, but above all to life itself! Two hours of pure joy of living and positive, life-affirming street hits from the 1920s to the 1970s, colorful and elaborately staged, with magic and dance performances, numerous choreographies, and the humorous conference for which the two exceptional entertainers have been popular with audiences for over ten years. In their new show, Lissi & Herr Timpe, together with their "Guten Morgen Orchestra," not only interpret the timeless classics from Marlene Dietrich and Heinz Rühmann to Marianne Rosenberg and Udo Jürgens, but also venture exciting experiments: How would "Atemlos" sound if Caterina Valente had sung it already in the 1960s? There, a glass of "Chianti wine" is used to sing the "Bathtub Tango" even when "Tschingis Khan" in the "small pub" already calls out with the "little green cactus": "No one can take away from me and that is the pure joy of life!" - "The Most Beautiful Schlager of All Time" is a wonderfully entertaining evening, not only for Schlager fans!
