What's it about?

The charm of the philosophical walk lies in its magic, which can be found away from structure and rules; namely in the astonishing fact that different people, on their shared path, delve into the concept's depth and complexity without feeling it as tedious. On the contrary: they return to the starting point more lively and mentally refreshed. Experience shows that a duration of one to one and a half hours is optimal, which corresponds to roughly four to seven kilometers of physical and mental activity outdoors. The end of the walk can, depending on desire, become a new beginning. A beginning where we celebrate the courage to use our own reason. It can be the start of a convivial gathering in a relaxed atmosphere, accompanied by snacks, drinks, and casual conversation. When, where, and what? Gänserndorf (in the afternoon) and Altenberg/Wördern (in the morning). Usually on the first Sunday of each month, in any weather — except during holiday periods. The start time varies, depending on nautical twilight, and will be announced in advance, similar to the thematic provisions, or is already listed under the menu item "Current Thematic Provisions". It is best to subscribe to the newsletter (nice format, usually once a month) on the homepage. Registration is recommended (max. 7 participants) and is absolutely necessary for the morning session.
