What's it about?

Experience movement. Strengthen connections. Grow together. Children discover the world through movement. They climb, balance, roll, jump – and in doing so, they not only get to know their bodies but also themselves. Eltern-Kind-Turnen (parent-child gymnastics) focuses on the joy of moving together. In a protected environment, children can playfully develop their motor skills, build self-confidence, and gather social experiences. Mom, dad, or a trusted caregiver are actively involved – as companions, safety providers, and co-explorers. What to expect: - Movement landscapes for climbing, balancing, jumping, and swinging – with plenty of space for discovery, experimentation, and fun - Playful exercises that strengthen coordination, body awareness, and self-confidence - Joyful songs, small rituals, and shared games that connect and bring joy - Time for free experimentation – each child can grow and develop at their own pace - Valuable, conscious parent-child time that strengthens your bond and creates beautiful shared memories It is important to me to create a loving and pressure-free space. It’s not about performance, but about joy, trust, and shared experiences. Movement at this age lays an important foundation – for physical health, self-confidence, and a positive body image. I look forward to accompanying you on this journey. Note: This course is NOT parent-child yoga! Supervision and liability are the responsibility of the parents or caregivers. The offer is aimed at children aged 2 to 5 years.
