Romy's mother has to work, so Romy spends many afternoons in her grandma's hair salon. She enjoys helping out there. But soon Romy notices that something is wrong with her grandma, she often forgets things and behaves strangely. Sometimes she suddenly speaks Danish and talks about the past. Romy wants to help her grandma and tries to hide her problems. When that no longer works, Stine has to move into a nursing home.
