Due to too much sitting, daily stresses, unhealthy eating, and aging processes, the fascia tissue (connective tissue of our body) can become adhesed. This can cause many problems. "Strength - Movement – Stillness" are the keywords of fascia training based on the movement sequence of Qi Gong. With slow, mindful exercises, the entire body is stretched, mobilized, and strengthened. Pain can be alleviated, tensions released, and mobility restored to normal. No prior knowledge is required. The exercises are suitable for all levels and ages, as they can be performed at one's own pace and intensity! Intro session: September 17, 2026, Thursday, 9-10:30 am Basic course: September 24, 2026, Thursday, 9-10 am, and nine additional sessions on October 1, 8, 15, 22, November 5, 12, 19, 26, and December 3, 2026, at the same time. Instructor: Sylvia Sidlmayr, Certified Fascia Qi Gong Trainer. Fee: €15 for the trial / €135 for the basic course. Registration: required.
