Fit für den Winter

What's it about?

The winter is approaching – it's high time to prepare body and condition for the slopes! Our event "Fit in the Winter" offers a varied training program that specifically strengthens muscles, coordination, and endurance. Whether beginner or experienced skier: with targeted exercises, we prevent injuries and increase performance for unforgettable days in the snow. The event takes place on eight Fridays, starting from October 9th to December 4th, except October 30th (autumn holidays): 09.10, 16.10, 23.10, 06.11, 13.11, 20.11, 27.11, 04.12.
