Duo Pavlou – FountosMuch Harmony in Autumn at the LEONARTer Jahreszeiten On September 26, 2026, at 7:00 PM, a special concert evening awaits the audience at the Volkshaus St. Leonhard am Forst: Masterpieces for two pianosTickets online www.kunstwerk.live/veranstaltungen Trafik Emsenhuber St. Leonhard, Trafik Mika Ruprechtshofen.The Duo Pavlou–Fountos, consisting of Cypriot pianist Christos Fountos and Greek pianist Ellada Angelina Pavlou, has shared a close artistic partnership since 2015. Their repertoire ranges from classical and romantic works to significant 20th and 21st-century compositions for piano four hands and for two pianos.Ellada Angelina Pavlou is already known to us at the LeonARTer Jahreszeiten for her virtuoso playing as an excellent concert pianist. She received 2nd prize at the Gubitosi International Piano Competition.Christos Fountos, who already enchanted the audience of the LeonARTer Jahreszeiten in May 2025 with "Greek Sounds," was in the spotlight of the music world in September 2025. He was among the three finalists of the world-renowned Ferruccio Busoni Piano Competition and was awarded the Musikkammerpreis.In November 2025, they made their debut for two pianos in the Ehrbar-Saal in Vienna.Listen to a sample: Open videoBoth pianists are also internationally successful as soloists and chamber musicians.
