Viewing Days for the New Residential Complex

What's it about?

The new residential complex at Marktplatz 20 continues to take shape. Interested parties have the opportunity to visit the housing project directly on site and learn about the available apartments on Thursday, September 10, and Thursday, September 24, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM each day.A total of 21 apartments are being built, including 17 subsidized rental apartments with an option to buy, and four apartments under the "Assisted Living" model. All apartments have their own balcony or loggia. Occupancy is planned for spring 2027.Registration at verkauf@noesta.at is required to participate. The minimum age for viewing is 14 years.
