Cooking Workshop (10:00)

What's it about?

Snipping herbs clears the mind, smelling stimulates the senses, and tasting lifts the mood. The course is especially aimed at young and old, who live in one- or two-person households. Daniela Mitterböck, dietitian, shows that cooking can be simple even in small quantities. The recipes are chosen so that quick and healthy meals with local products can be prepared. Course fee €25.00 - no cooking experience required. Maximum of 15 participants. Please inform us of any allergies at registration.
