Kinder Yoga
What's it about?
In children's yoga, we learn about the world of yoga in a playful way and how to use it in daily life. Asanas (body exercises) strengthen our strength and lightness. Dancing nurtures our joy of life. Breathing exercises help us recognize the versatility of breathing and how it can be easily supported in everyday life. Meditation exercises calm our thoughts and bring us clarity. Singing mantras simply connects us with positive qualities. Each session is uniquely prepared and full of variety. Dates: September 15, 22, 29; October 6, 13, 20; November 3, 10, 17, 24; December 1, 15, 22; January 12, 19, 26. Feel free to come and try the first class. Namasté Viktoria.
