Tosca
What's it about?
Floria Tosca: Tatiana Rasa Mario Cavaradossi: Sergio Tallo-Torres Baron Scarpia: Florian Pejrimovsky Mesner/Sciarrone: Kirill Sysoev Angelotti: Michael Pinsker Spoletta: Johannes Eriksson Hirtenlied: Miray Choir: In höchsten Tönen! Musical direction: Ekaterina Nokkert Production & lighting: Dorothee Stanglmayr Tosca at Schloss Thalheim is not an ordinary opera experience. The special atmosphere of the performance gives it an unusual intensity and draws the audience into the heart of Puccini's most dramatic masterpiece. Without elaborate stage machinery, but with a clear, focused production and in an ideal cast, an unforgettable opera evening is created. The impressive acoustics of the hall and the proximity to the stage guarantee goosebumps. Schloss Thalheim Classic offers authentic performances as close to the original as possible. The works are presented here in an intense and gripping manner, just as the composers themselves liked to present them – with exclusive piano accompaniment. A touching, powerful experience.
