Festkonzert „Mit 66 Jahren“
What's it about?
On Sunday, November 22, 2026, Wolfgang „Gratschi“ Gratschmaier will turn 66 years old – and celebrates this special day with a very personal concert evening in Thalheim. Under the title „Mit 66 Jahren“ („At 66 Years“), he takes his audience on a musical journey through an extraordinary artist's life: starting 40 years ago at the Bundestheater, including the State Opera, Burgtheater, and finally 25 years at the Volksoper, over 10 years in America, and 9 successful years in Switzerland, Germany, and Asia. The program features opera, operetta, songs, and more – and above all: a wealth of fine literature, memories, stories, and music reflecting a life on stage. Sometimes virtuosic, sometimes touching, sometimes tongue-in-cheek – but always very „Gratschi“. In short: Gratschmaier is coming back to Thalheim. And he is very much looking forward to sharing this evening with his audience and dear friends.
