At Dinner & Magic, you can expect an extraordinary evening with "The Queen & Eduard." The duo was awarded the title of best Austrian act twice in a row at the Austrian Magic Championships. With a mix of astonishing magic, charming humor, and perfect teamwork, they bring the audience on stage to wonder and laugh. And because so much magic can make you hungry, the show is accompanied by a fine dinner. For the culinary accompaniment, Zwiesi’s Gaststube provides three menu options: "MAGIC OF WATER" Tuna tartare with avocado-cucumber salad and sesame chips (D,F,M,N); clear vegetable consommé with herb fritters (A,C,G,L); fried pike-perch on a potato nest with celery cream and caramelized carrots (A,D,G); raspberry meets white chocolate (E). "MAGIC OF NATURE" (VEGAN) Fruity chickpea tartare with potato chips (M); creamy cauliflower soup with a hint of vanilla and roasted hazelnuts (H); Portobello steak with potato-celery purée, light red wine sauce, and glazed winter vegetables (L,O); plum meets dark chocolate (E). "MAGIC OF THE SENSES" Smoked duck breast on lamb’s lettuce with orange dressing (H,M,O); hearty beef soup with Kaspressknödel (A,C,G,L); beef roulade with potato gratin and glazed winter vegetables (A,C,G,L,M,O); pear sorbet with vanilla-cinnamon pear (G).
