Otto Lechner & Peter Rosmanith
What's it about?
A journey into the Orient – in lovingly crafted and animated individual images. With their scissors, Lotte Reiniger created an incomparable work that tells the adventures of Prince Achmed with much poetry. Sensitively, Lechner & Rosmanith accompany the silhouette film, in which sound and tone weave into a colorful carpet. The question remains: Will Prince Achmed succeed in rescuing the beautiful fairy? Fairy-tale beautiful and magically scored: the first animated feature film in the history of cinema. Otto Lechner accordion, keyboard, vocals; Peter Rosmanith percussion, Hang.
