Commercial sellers must carry their business license in original. All market participants must carry an official photo ID. Stalls must be kept clean and fully cleaned up after the market. Reservation deposit of 5 euros If the reserved stall is used, the 5 euros already paid will be fully credited towards the regular stall fee. In case of no-show by the seller, the reservation deposit of 5 euros will not be refunded. The reservation deposit is not an additional fee. The stall prices listed above remain unchanged. Stalls will be assigned on-site by the market supervision. There is no entitlement to a specific stall. Allowed goods IMPORTANT: NO NEW GOODS – ONLY USED FLEA MARKET ITEMS! According to the official flea market regulation, only used goods or typical flea market items may be offered, in particular: Furniture, furnishings, pictures, textiles, household and electronic appliances, kitchenware, jewelry, books, leather goods, art objects, antiques, non-functional historical weapons, watches, audio and video media, household items, coins, stamps, sports equipment, medallions, toys, tools, and other small vintage items. Prohibited goods and activities According to the official market regulation, the following goods and activities are not permitted: • Food and delicacies • Beverages and alcohol • Weapons and ammunition of any kind (except non-functional historical weapons approved under § 3) • Items of military combat equipment • NS (Nazi) items • Animals • Fireworks • Medications • Literature, films, pictures, slides, and printed works that violate morality • Gaming machines and gambling • Feather bedding • Tobacco products • Counterfeit products (product piracy) • Services • Cosmetics • Fruit trees, shrubs, and vines Contact and stall reservation FLEA MARKET SOUTH – ST.
