Ayurveda has its origins in India and is considered the oldest healing system on Earth. Literally translated, it means "the science of life." Cooking Ayurvedically means consuming what benefits us in harmony with body, mind, and nature. The goal is a diet that strengthens, nourishes, and balances us. Course content: - Introduction to the Ayurvedic philosophy of cooking - The science of spices: effects and use of Ayurvedic spices - Step-by-step preparation of a 3-course menu (appetizer, main course, dessert) - Sharing the freshly prepared dishes - Tips for implementing Ayurvedic cooking in everyday life Workshop leader: Ms. Michaela Rausch-Supola Workshop cost: 45.00 euros (+ 35.00 euros for food costs per person, paid directly to the instructor).
