Experimental Chemistry – Experience Chemical Experiments Up Close
What's it about?
In the workshop, children delve into the exciting world of chemistry. They explore questions such as: • How do fire extinguishers work? • How can single-phase mixtures be separated again? • How is bouncing putty synthesized? • What are redox reactions? Under the guidance of chemists, we transform a normal room into a chemical laboratory. Safety is the top priority in all experiments. All steps are demonstrated to the children and discussed together. Questions are explicitly encouraged – not only answered but also posed. ➡️ This event is suitable for the whole family and invites everyone to participate. Bring along: possibly some food.
