MORNING YOGA - Morning practice with PranayamaMovement is the best medicine, and yoga affects both body and mind equally. A holistic training for strength building, regeneration, and health prevention awaits you in my weekly yoga classes, which you can join LIVE or ONLINE. FRI: 08:15-09:30 AM (Ried)Especially long hours at the office desk and decreasing daily movement are significant causes of painful changes in the body. Yoga can create balance here. Neck and back muscles are strengthened, and mood is lifted. A vital pelvic floor and the harmonious interplay of the diaphragm, abdominal, and back muscles play a central role in keeping abdominal and pelvic organs in the correct place. This is important for continence and your overall quality of life. Suitable asanas and breathing exercises to increase energy and stimulate digestion are part of the morning sessions. Detoxifying asanas (DETOX - yoga positions) and exercise sequences that balance the hormone system will also be introduced during the regular sessions. Last but not least, I will give you numerous impulses for learning your own practice. You can also practice with me online at any time.
