
From Shakespeare, Goethe, and Nestroy to significant works of more recent times: The celebrated Kammerschauspieler Joseph Lorenz expands his program "Famous Monologues" with a new selection of great texts and brings further highlights of theater literature to the Semmering stage. Iconic figures of theater literature once again appear before the audience and reveal their innermost thoughts and feelings in soliloquy. As the pinnacle of theater, the monologue creates an immediate closeness between the stage and the auditorium, making the audience a silent confidant. With new voices, further facets, and great emotional intensity, Lorenz expands the spectrum of this special form. An evening/afternoon full of highlights from theater history and world literature.
