What's it about?

The Bread & Mill Museum Gloggnitz has made it its mission to preserve and keep alive the old tradition of the miller and baker trades. Fitting with "Mill, Flour & Grinding", we have also intensively dealt with the topics of sourdough and bread baking and are pleased to be able to offer bread baking workshops in the museum's historic bakery.
