Berni Wagner - Monster
What's it about?
Goodness gracious! Berni Wagner is back. He performs slapstick with language again. Verbal Jiu-Jitsu. A fine blade and so on, anyway — but all just self-defense, of course. Since he was told that a monster also slumbers within him, Austria's most popular shaggy-haired performer with teeth and claws clings to his humor. Only this way can he tame his fear long enough to search for the creature: it must be inside somewhere — or? "A great evening." – Kurier "A strong solo at the right time." – Der Standard "Really very funny [...] a master of cabaret." – Die Presse "Funny, full of Wuchteln (German pastry) — and still profound and socially critical." – Kultur Knistern "What an event, this Berni Wagner!" – Süddeutsche Zeitung "... the best of a new, local cabaret generation!" – Salzburger Nachrichten "The new standard in stand-up cabaret" – Peter Blau
