Information in accordance with § 5 ECG and disclosure in accordance with § 25 MedienG The Free Christian Church - Pentecostal Church is a state-recognized church within the framework of the Free Churches in Austria, as per ordinance BGBl. II 250/2013 of August 26, 2013, in accordance with § 2 of the Law concerning the legal recognition of religious societies and in accordance with § 11 of the Federal Law on the legal personality of religious confessional communities. Thus, it holds the status of a public law corporation.
