Mother (Parent) Counseling
What's it about?
The mother and parent counseling is a free advisory service for parents and expectant parents, offered nationwide in Austria by municipalities and health authorities. In a relaxed atmosphere, trained counselors assist parents on topics such as nutrition, development, care, and health of infants and young children. The Galerie- und Bildungszentrum provides an inviting setting for this low-threshold support. Parents can seek advice and assistance on all questions related to their children without prior registration. Whether it's initial uncertainties after birth, questions about complementary feeding, or sleep behavior — the experts take time for individual conversations and, if needed, provide information about further support services.
