Description: A dream comes true in Baden! Bühne Baden presents Disney's musical ARIELLE, DIE MEERJUNGFRAU (The Little Mermaid) as a German-language premiere — a classic of the Disney universe! Arielle, the youngest daughter of the sea king Triton, dreams of another world — that of humans. When she rescues Prince Erik from drowning, she longs to become human herself. But the sea witch Ursula offers her a dangerous deal: Arielle must give up her voice to live her adventure. Accompanied by her friends, the crab Sebastian and the fish Fabius, Arielle experiences a story full of courage, love, and magic — a fairy tale about growing up, following one's heart, and the power of being different. With music by Alan Menken and songs by Howard Ashman and Glenn Slater, world-famous songs like “Under the Sea” and “Part of Your World” that defined the Disney era are performed. Since the Oscar-winning film of 1989, ARIELLE, DIE MEERJUNGFRAU has been one of Disney's greatest successes. Now, this success is brought to Baden as a colorful stage event for the whole family. A magical musical for everyone who dreams of this world!
