Trapeze Workshop

What's it about?

Trapeze workshop for children from 6 years old and adults. Have you always wanted to try what it feels like to soar through the air on a trapeze and perform tricks? Now is your chance! Whether you're curious, like to move, or just want to try something completely new – our trapeze workshop is just right for you! No prior experience needed! Our workshop is suitable for beginners – we will show you step by step how to move safely and with fun on the trapeze. In doing so, you will strengthen: • your strength and body tension • your flexibility and coordination • and your self-confidence – because you will be amazed at what your body can do! Whether as a sporty balance to everyday life or as a creative adventure – trapeze is really fun and good for body and soul. 👩🏻‍🏫 Led by: Seraina Dorffner – aerial artist & co-founder of Papierfabrik Varieté.
