Based on her musical background in Salzburger Land, she explores themes such as origin, identity, and social change, reinterpreting the concept of "Heimat" (home/homeland) in a contemporary way. With her multi-award-winning albums and live programs, Anna Buchegger represents a generation of artists who do not preserve musical tradition but rather rethink it.
